The season was the biggest one, financially, in the history of the Ringling Bros.' Show. We played to an enormous business through Iowa, Illinois, West Virginia, Virginia, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Maryland. This shows that through the careful management of the Ringling Bros., this it is their design to make this one of the leading amusement enterprises in America.
Our show opened the season at Baraboo, Wis., May 3rd, and closed at Chicago Junction, Ohio, making a season of twenty-four weeks and three days. The show has traversed eleven states and traveled 8,181 miles.

Friday, July 4, Perry, Ia. Dallas county. Population 4,000. Afternoon house had to close the ticket wagon, and give people their tickets back to come to night show. Jas. Coyle joined. Hot opposition with the Wallace Show; they come July 7. This is Pap Mar Belle's 73rd birthday and the boys remembered him with a combination Masonic and Oddfellow pin. Hotel, Revere House.
